These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the roles, responsibilities, and obligations between the Company and the Jobs Portal Associate (“Associate”). By registering and working as an Associate, you agree to comply with all conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility

  • The Associate must be 18 years or older.
  • Must provide valid ID proof and correct personal information.
  • Must not be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

Scope of Work

The Associate is responsible for:

  • Promoting the company's job portal services.
  • Registering job seekers and employers as per the company’s guidelines.
  • Providing accurate information to clients.
  • Maintaining professional behavior during communication.

Commission / Payment

  • The Associate will receive commissions or payments as per the plan provided by the Company.
  • Payment will be processed after successful verification of registrations or tasks.
  • No payment will be made for fake, duplicate, or invalid registrations.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.

Data Handling & Confidentiality

  • The Associate must maintain the privacy of all job seekers and employers.
  • Sharing, selling, or misusing user data is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination.
  • All data collected is the property of the Company.

Code of Conduct

  • The Associate must not make false promises to clients.
  • Misleading advertisements or fake job offers are strictly banned.
  • The Associate must follow ethical business practices.

Use of Company Brand & Material

  • Promotional material, logos, and marketing content may only be used with company permission.
  • Modifying or misusing brand assets is prohibited.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate the Associate for:

  • Fraudulent activities
  • Fake registrations
  • Misuse of data
  • Violation of company guidelines
  • Non-performance or misuse of resources

Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for any promises or claims made by the Associate outside official instructions.
  • The Associate will be liable for any legal issues arising from fraudulent or unethical activities.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated appropriately.

Acceptance

By signing or continuing to work as an Associate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
